Job Position: Quality Control Specialist
Department: Quality Control
Department Manager: Charles Jang
Job Objectives:
- Ensure products meet quality standards before they go to customers
- Understanding customer expectations and needs
- Outlining quality standards
- Developing quality control process
Role and Responsibilities:
- Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment
- Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards
- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data
- Training and managing team members, inspectors in production practices and quality assessment of goods
- Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct
- Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standards
- Eliminating products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problems
- Following HMMA/KMMG development process and submit ISIR on time
- Preparing external audit (IATF16949, 5 star, etc.) and accomplishing the company’s target score
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant majors
- Working knowledge of HMMA/KMMG quality process preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power point
- Korean / English
