Job Title: Maintenance Specialist
Department: Production Technology Department
Reports To: Production Technology Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt
Summary: Coordinates and executes activities of workers engaged in maintaining and repairing physical structures by performing the following duties.
Responsible for coordinating the preventative and corrective maintenance personnel’s duties on all equipment and facilities. Responsible for operating and maintaining the blow molding process and equipment to ensure customer specifications are met.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned.)
- Manage and organize spare parts to ensure critical parts are kept in inventory.
- Periodically audit each operation to ensure that instructions are followed and for proper documentation.
- Perform any required repairs and maintenance on all production related equipment.
- Collect data and maintain logs on all aspects of the production process.
- Work with Production Team Members in recognition of process controls and problems.
- Record all downtime and/or parts used on scheduled and/or non-scheduled work orders.
- Perform preventative maintenance per scheduled work orders and written procedures.
- Inspects completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards.
- Directs Maintenance Technicians and contractors engaged in maintenance works.
- Bilingual is preferred. (English and Korean)
