Position Description
| • Supports company operations by maintaining office systems.
• Oversees general office operations and gives reports to the management
• Coordinates appointments and schedules and manages staff calendars
• Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and completing clerical functions.
• Invoicing in QuickBooks
• Light Accounting
• Documenting and arranging financial transactions
• Keeping track of receipts and payments
• Recording income and expenses
• Balancing bank accounts
• Creating financial Reports
• Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
• Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Works with the Human Resources team to create standard office policies and onboard new hires
• Oversees guest experience, sorts mail and answers direct phone calls
• Partners with Human Resources to plans all in-house or off-site activities of the organization
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
