Position Overview:
The Inventory Specialist will assist where needed in the Warehouse, as guided by the Inventory
Manager in efforts to reduce inventory loss and gain inventory efficiency. The Specialist will learn
multiple aspects of CoachComm’s current ERP software system to effectively perform inventory
transactions as needed. This will include; receiving inventory, pulling production orders and
performing cycle counts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for consolidating and reorganizing inventory and creating inventory locations.
• Develop and maintain a running knowledge of parts and finished goods.
• Help prepare for yearly full inventory counts and execute counts.
• Report inventory discrepancies and make corrections as approved.
• Operate inventory software system for transactions (receiving, shipping and allocation).
• Fulfill work orders as needed.
• Work with other departments and disperse inventory as needed.
• Boost team morale and lead by action.
Educational Requirements and Experience:
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2-4 years’ experience in an inventory role.
• Experience in a team lead position is preferred.
• Ability to work well with others including employees and customers.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, organized and self-motivation is a must.
• General working knowledge of MS Windows, Word and Excel strongly preferred.
Physical Demands:
• Minimal travel required
• Must be able to physically lift various amounts of weight. Some exceeding 50lbs.

• Moderate Production Environment and Inventory Area
