The Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring new Team Members are trained; communicate daily expectations, assignments and responsibilities clearly and professionally to all Team Members; fill in on the production line as needed; ensure daily records are maintained to include production reports, Team Member sign in rosters, etc.; work with the Production Supervisor to ensure daily production goals are met while maintaining quality, health and safety standards; Ability to stand for long periods of time (shift is 12 hours); strong organizational skills; Day and Night Shift available.
