The Production Supervisor is responsible for day to day management and scheduling of multiple production lines to ensure production goals are met; ensure production lines are operational and maintaining the ongoing production of product to include meeting quality standards and requirements; ensure new Team Members are trained; perform daily administrative tasks related to Time & Attendance recordkeeping and disciplinary action; report daily production numbers to Management; ensure health, safety and well-being of Team Members; Ability to stand for long periods of time (shift is 12 hours); strong organizational and computer skills; ability to complete daily reports, train and mentor Team Members.
