Leads team efforts in performing a challenging number of complex, wide-ranging IT functions across onsite and cloud infrastructure, which include: system and solution architecture and engineering; Information Security, identity and facility security management; management of cloud services, servers, workstations, network (including remote access), VoIP phone system, and print services; DevOps and in-house application support; hardware and software procurement; and technical support of all users, hardware, and software. Substantial technical knowledge, IT experience, and a track record of meeting business needs are required. Senior Systems Engineers are also responsible for: leading and facilitating business conversations to surface technology needs; mentoring team members; continually pursuing education and sharpening skills; and staying up-to-date on technology trends.
