Position: Product Design (Fuel Tank Modules) and QC Specialist
Description:
– Develop and refine detailed product design specifications for automotive fuel tank modules and eco modules, ensuring strict adherence to engineering principles and manufacturing standards.
– Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate the viability, performance, and cost-effectiveness of new designs.
– Utilize CAD software to create 3D models, technical drawings, and blueprints for fuel tank modules and related automotive components.
– Ensure that designs meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and material considerations to ensure optimal performance.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test prototypes of fuel tank modules, assessing structural integrity, durability, and functional performance.
– Modify designs based on prototype testing results, manufacturing limitations, and engineering feedback.
– Work closely with manufacturing teams and suppliers to ensure designs are optimized for mass production, assembly, and quality control, considering material selection, production techniques, and supply chain constraints.
– Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documents, drawings, and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
– Identify and troubleshoot design-related issues during the prototype or production phases, working with teams to implement continuous improvements.
Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience.
– Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for product design and modeling.
– Knowledge of automotive industry standards, regulatory requirements, and materials for fuel tank modules and related components.
– Familiarity with the automotive manufacturing process and quality control standards.
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
– Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
