High school
Ability to obtain forklift certification through company process
8.Required Experience
None, with previous textile and/or lamination experience preferred
9.Special Knowledge & Skills
Oral and written communication skills, to be able to interact effectively with people at all levels of the
organization
Entry-level knowledge of MS-Office
Basic understanding the textile and/or automotive manufacturing branches
High commitment & flexibility
Ability to wear respirator and work in high heat environment
Ability to routinely lift 50 pounds with assistance
10.Authority and Responsibility
Responsible for correct labeling, material identification and safe handling and storage of raw and finished
goods
Responsible for quality of work produced
11.Tasks and Activities
 Adherence to FIFO principles and internal operations rules
 Adherence to labeling and material identification
 Responsible for material selection, lamination and storage of raw and finished goods
 Responsible for correct reporting and documentation of all processes and materials produced
 Responsible for the safe operation and cleaning of lamination equipment and forklifts
 Other duties as directed.
