Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned; Must understand and follow TS16949 and IATF16949 systems; Check all materials (Housing, Terminals, Trays) to ensure accuracy before starting machines; Starts machines, engages feed and observes operation; Pulls lots off machines (Production lots collection); Change reels and replenish Housing and Trays; Relieve Junior Technicians as necessary; Inform QC of quality problems; Troubleshoot problems of all kinds and replace faulty part as necessary; Teach robot positions when they are out of alignment; Check up on machine conditions when quality problem occurs; Carry out changeover; Regular and predictable attendance; Keep work area clean, take out trash during each shift; Maintains paperwork through daily work logs; Observes safety and security procedures. Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Dispose of Terminal Scrap from beneath the machines; Performs other duties as assigned.
