Our current customer base is global and includes all aircraft classes from EVTOL and light helicopters to supersonic trainers and transport aircraft, as well as Abrams A1 Tanks. Customers range from aircraft manufacturers and fleet operators to military retrofitters. The customer list includes the US Air Force, US Navy, Space and Missile Defense Command, DARPA as well as many major companies.

Archangel Systems, Inc (Auburn, AL), manufacturer of Aerospace Inertial Sensing devices, is seeking to fill a position for an electronics technician.  The following requirements apply for full time position consideration:

  • Electronics Training (Technical School 2 year Degree, or Military equivalent)
  • Knowledge of solid state circuitry including processors, logic circuits, operational amplifiers, DC power supplies, and transistors.
  • Solder Training – Knowledge in repair of PCB circuit boards, both through hole and surface mount devices.
  • Applicant must have 2+ years of continuous work experience in the repair of circuit boards to component level, using basic test equipment such as multi-meter and oscilloscope.
  • Must have 2+ years experience in editing spreadsheets and documents using Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
  • Must have knowledge of solid state circuitry including processors, logic circuits, operational amplifiers, DC power supplies, and transistors.
  • Must be willing to work 40+ hours per week (Mon-Fri). Hourly position.

Compensation: $20-$40 hr depending on skills and experience.
