Primary Job Responsibilities: Perform scheduled and unplanned maintenance of plant equipment; Working in two shifts, daytime and nighttime; Troubleshoot, diagnose, rebuild and repair a wide variety of manufacturing equipment; Perform daily maintenance tasks; Continually patrols all lines to assure issues are addressed as quickly as possible; Check grease room, compressor room, and electric room associated main facilities; Check vision data, safety devices; Perform weekly maintenance tasks; Check f/proof devices, scheduled maintenance, and lubricant levels; Perform monthly maintenance tasks; Check main drives including, but not limited to, servo motors, hydraulic motors, and conveyor motors by thermal camera; Complete maintenance check sheet reports and deliver to maintenance supervisor on time, when possible (Based on maintenance master schedule); Record parts or materials used and order or requisition new parts or materials as necessary; Provide support and assist with project work directed by the Maintenance Manager, Plant Manager and/or project lead; Punctual and regular attendance; Implement company vision statement, mission statement, and corporate and departmental goals and objectives; Abide by company policies; Understand and follow all workplace safety rules, such as safe work practices and standard operating procedures; In order to achieve business objectives, work weeks in excess of 40 hours & rotate the shifts and stay up all night instead of absent members may be required; In order to achieve business objectives, work weeks in excess of 40 hours may be required. (Based on production schedules); In order to achieve business objectives, working rotating shifts for preventive maintenance may be required. (Based on scheduled maintenance); In order to cover absent team member shifts, workdays in excess of 24 hours may be Required; Reports issues or problems to the immediate supervisor; Attend company required training and seminars; Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and skills required for this position. Occasional Job Responsibilities: Pick-up and delivery of maintenance repair and project parts; including coordination of ordered materials and logistics of payment; Other duties as assigned.
