Job Objectives:
The Maintenance Engineer Specialist is responsible for supporting the stable operation,
preventive maintenance, and efficiency improvement of production equipment. The role involves
providing technical support, analyzing data, and maintaining maintenance-related
documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish work instructions and setup procedures for equipment inspection and
maintenance
Review the structure and operation of new and existing equipment to define optimal
maintenance conditions
Improve equipment layouts and evaluate line balance based on safety and quality
standards
Develop training materials and support training sessions for new equipment introduction
Create and update maintenance flow charts, maintenance plans, and failure mode and
effects analysis (FMEA)
Support the selection of optimal equipment settings and consumables for production line
operation
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for issues on the production floor
Participate in root cause analysis and improvement efforts for internal equipment failures
Analyze workspace layout, workflow, and equipment placement to enhance productivity
and equipment efficiency
Analyze equipment utilization rates, maintenance history, and failure causes; report
findings to relevant departments
Roles and Responsibilities:
Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality,
Engineering, and Materials
Ensure stable equipment operation and improve efficiency through effective
interdepartmental communication
Contribute to achieving organizational goals such as reducing downtime, improving
quality, lowering costs, and enhancing safety
Provide objective, data-driven analysis and solutions to problems when they arise
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering
Proficiency in MS Office and Windows OS
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment involving
automated equipment
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical analysis skills
Ability to interpret or work with 2D AutoCAD drawings
Strong planning and organizational abilities
Capable of working effectively in multicultural teams
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Interested in gaining hands-on experience with equipment in a real production setting
Passionate about preventive maintenance, equipment improvement, or TPM (Total
Productive Maintenance)
Analytical thinker who enjoys solving problems through root cause analysis and data
interpretation
Eager to grow as an engineer through field-based experience
