Continuously monitor manufacturing systems (e.g., production lines, automated equipment,
robotics) for performance issues and inefficiencies to optimize system performance;
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, machinery malfunctions, or system breakdowns
to minimize production downtime and optimize equipment reliability;
Perform scheduled and unplanned maintenance of plant equipment, ensuring all systems are
optimized for peak efficiency;
Troubleshoot, diagnose, rebuild, and repair a wide variety of manufacturing equipment to
ensure smooth operations and optimized performance;
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks, including checking main drives (servo
motors, hydraulic motors, and conveyor motors) using a thermal camera, safety devices, fire-
proof devices, and lubricant levels to optimize equipment longevity;
Patrol production lines to quickly address issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal
disruption, optimizing the flow of production;
Provide technical support during system breakdowns, ensuring swift corrective actions and
the restoration of optimized system functionality;
Analyze production processes to identify areas where process changes or equipment
upgrades can optimize efficiency, reduce cycle time, and improve product quality;
Implement process optimizations that eliminate bottlenecks, improve workflow, and ensure
equipment reliability while minimizing production disruptions;
Collect performance data on equipment and systems, focusing on key performance indicators
(KPIs) such as uptime, throughput, and product quality to monitor optimization progress;
Ensure that all optimization and maintenance activities adhere to industry standards, safety
regulations, and quality control requirements.
