Job Title: Quality Engineer
- Develop quality work standards and quality framework system
• Manage, coach, and develop a high performing Quality System team that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results
• Set department objectives and review and assess ongoing performance and direct reports
• Communicate with personnel at all levels, internally and externally to the Company, in relation to Quality matters
• Perform auditing to ensure compliance with customers, suppliers, and internal standards
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice in the Quality processes
• Bilingual preferred ( English and Korean)
