Quality Engineer
Determine product quality inspection and improvement by measuring and analyzing the hardness
and other mechanical properties of products after heat treatment to evaluate and improve the
durability and reliability of products;
Review product design drawings to ensure the accuracy of the manufacturing process and identify
differences between the design and the actual product;
Evaluate surface quality by using various equipment such as 3D measuring machines, roughness
measuring machines, and shape measuring machines to inspect the quality of the product;
Monitor the quality engineering process to observe any product defects and ensure manufactured
products meet industry standards;
Develop, test, and implement configuration changes to production line to meet functional and
technical requirements;
Utilize ERP, BOM, and MES based production quality management systems;
Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to identify any inconsistencies and
malfunctions, immediately replacing or reproducing defective items;
Conduct internal audits following regulatory, industry and internal quality guidelines;
Analyze quality issues that arise from production equipment and use various quality management
software to modify properties of materials, and development of strategies for minimizing quality
management costs;
Associate’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Materials, or
closely related field of study; and
Minimum one (1) year of experience in automotive manufacturing industry or at least six (6)
months of exclusive training experience with Seohan Auto USA regarding quality process and heat treatment inspections.
