Job Responsibilities
- Maintains quality assurance objectives complementary to corporate policies and goals.
- Reviews data obtained during all quality assurance activities to ensure consistency with company policies and procedures.
- Prepares for annual IATF16949 and 14001 certifications and VDA 6.3 audits.
- Lead the introduction of new products or modification of products within assigned area using APQP and PPAP tools from development to launch.
- Ensure company quality records are current and accurate based on internal processes.
- Applies statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate the current process and process changes.(Minitab software)
- Management of instruments & CMM DATA analysis. Person experienced in using CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)
- Prepares and presents technical and program information to the management team.
- Ensures all equipment, materials, and services are reliable to meet the required standards of performance efficiency.
- Maintains knowledge of government and industry quality assurance codes and standards.
- Designs and implements quality assurance training programs and education to key personnel in conjunction with managers, including internal audits.
- Oversees the investigative and resolution of customer complaints regarding technical or quality issues.
- Manages damaged and missing items procedure including creating es and interfacing with customer technical support personnel.
- Works in conjunction with Lab Manager to ensure lab standards and traceability and that lab capabilities meet the needs of the rental order requirements.
- Supports purchasing department to implement an effective supplier audit process.
- Develops and maintains cost of quality system to monitor and track cost pertaining to CKD supplier quality.
- Reviews and approves supplier ISIR’s/4M change approval request.
- Manages system to request and track engineering change and CKD sample parts for customer approval as needed.
- All other duties as assigned
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with related field or equivalent education and experience required.

- MS-Outlook
- Minitab statistical software
- PLC SKILLS preferred
- Department Specific Software as required
Other Information
- Position may require domestic or international travel.
- Flexibility in working hours to include nights, weekends and holidays as required.
- Overtime required as needed.
- Must be available to rotate to other shifts as needed.
