Job Position: Quality Control Assistant
Department: Quality Control

Job Objectives:
 Ensure products meet quality standards before they go to customers
 Understanding customer expectations and needs
 Outlining quality standards
 Developing quality control process
Role and Responsibilities:
 Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment
 Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards
 Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data
 Training and managing team members, inspectors in production practices and quality assessment of goods
 Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct
 Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company
standards
 Eliminating products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problems
 Following HMMA/KMMG development process and submit ISIR on time
 Preparing external audit (IATF16949, 5 star, etc.) and accomplishing the company’s target score
Qualification:
 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant majors
 Working knowledge of HMMA/KMMG quality process preferred
 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power point
 Korean / English
