Job Position: Quality Control Assistant
Department: Quality Control

Job Objectives:
Ensure products meet quality standards before they go to customers
Understanding customer expectations and needs
Outlining quality standards
Developing quality control process
Role and Responsibilities:
Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment
Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards
Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data
Training and managing team members, inspectors in production practices and quality assessment of goods
Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct
Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company
standards
Eliminating products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problems
Following HMMA/KMMG development process and submit ISIR on time
Preparing external audit (IATF16949, 5 star, etc.) and accomplishing the company’s target score
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant majors
Working knowledge of HMMA/KMMG quality process preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power point
Korean / English
