Position: Quality Assurance Specialist
Responsibilities: Including but not limited to the following:
· Conduct quality assurance activities across automotive manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with engineering specifications, internal quality standards, and customer requirements.
· Perform and support incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections, including dimensional and visual checks, to prevent nonconforming products from progressing to downstream processes or shipment.
· Analyze inspection results and defect data to identify quality trends and support root cause analysis, as well as corrective and preventive action activities.
· Prepare, review, and maintain quality-related documentation, including inspection records, defect reports, and quality logs, in accordance with established quality procedures and quality management systems.
· Assist in defect response and containment activities by coordinating with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to support timely corrective and preventive actions.
· Support the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of quality management systems and standard operating procedures to promote consistent product quality and process stability.
· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing defects, improving process capability, and enhancing overall manufacturing quality performance.
· Collaborate cross-functionally to support stable production flow while ensuring ongoing compliance with quality requirements throughout manufacturing operations.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, and at least 6 months of relevant experience in quality control, quality assurance, production quality, or related functions for automotive parts manufacturing.
