Position: Production Support Engineer
Responsibilities: Including, but not limited to the following:
▪ Perform regular and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize equipment
lifespan.
▪ Use ERP production management programs to manage maintenance schedules, work orders,
and etc.
▪ Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support for production equipment issues.
▪ Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for equipment failures and
recurring issues.
▪ Ensure all maintenance activities meet internal quality standards and comply with safety and
regulatory requirements.
▪ Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, line efficiency,
and workflow.
▪ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support training for new equipment and
procedures.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree preferred
– 1 year of experience or 6+ months of experience in automotive manufacturing company and ERP
production management program experience
