Primary Responsibilities– Taking over operational management, planning, and production control, and ensuring
smooth production operations
– Budget responsibility and direct reporting to senior management, as well as continuous
optimization of the ongoing production process and ensuring compliance with the required
quality standards
– Your area of responsibility also includes personnel management and resource allocation, as
well as the professional qualification of employees
– Optimizing production facilities, personnel deployment, and product and production costs in
cooperation with the on-site team
– Supporting cost control in cooperation with management
– Initiating and implementing investment measures in consultation with management
– Analysis and sustainable resolution of production problems in day-to-day business
– Support of management in strategic and conceptual tasks
– Monitoring and compliance with quality standards and safety guidelines
Job Requirements
– Completed Bachelors’ degree in mechanical engineering or business studies with additional
technical qualifications
– Several years of management and personnel management experience in a comparable
position in a manufacturing company
– Knowledge of drive and conveyor technology is an advantage
– Very good economic know-how
– Structured, results- and solution-oriented way of working
– Hands-on mentality and dynamism
– Strong decision-making and implementation skills as well as persuasiveness
– Strong leadership skills and communication skills
– Good written and spoken German skills are an advantage
