Position: Production Management Specialist
Responsibilities: Including but not limited to the following:
· Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery commitments.
· Manage production resources—including manpower, materials, and equipment—to ensure efficient and stable manufacturing operations.
· Maintain, analyze, and validate production data using SAP/ERP or MES systems for accuracy and performance improvement.
· Develop and communicate production plans based on inventory levels, capacity constraints, and customer forecasts.
· Work closely with Purchasing, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve production, material, and equipment issues.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean, CI (Continuous Improvement), and 5S methodologies.
· Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (output, downtime, yield, and cost efficiency).
· Support preventive maintenance planning and collaborate with technical teams to enhance equipment reliability.
· Participate in new product introductions, process validation, and production readiness activities.
· Prepare production, performance, and cost reports for management review and decision-making.
· Ensure compliance with company safety, environmental, and quality standards.
· Collaborate with global teams and cross-functional departments to share best practices and support improvement projects.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, and at least 6 months of relevant experience in production management for automotive parts manufacturing
