Job duties and responsibilities:
| Hold daily team meetings and ensure that personnel are assigned to appropriate workstations as necessary. |
| Ensure that all Team Members are qualified to perform the assigned duties. |
| Ensure product meets requirements and shut down process (es) as needed to make the necessary changes. |
| Coordinate with Production Team Leader, Maintenance Techs and Production Operators to stop production to correct quality problems. |
| Periodically audit each operation to ensure that instructions are followed, and for proper documentation. |
| Study downtime data and ensure all downtime is accurately recorded. |
| Monitor shop flow – providing quick solutions to reduce downtime.
Study scrap loss and countermeasure to prevent further scrap loss. |
| Lead safety activities for the shift to ensure equipment is safe and that operators perform duties safely. |
| Identify manpower requirements for the shift. |
| Perform employee evaluations and counsel employees as required. |
| Keep track of employee absenteeism and vacation, etc. |
| Ensure that the line is continually picked up and clean and orderly at all times. |
| Maintain effective quality and environmental documentation.
Aluminum welding professional skills are necessary Bilingual preferred (English and Korean) |
