Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of logistics activities.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Lead the materials management function, including procurement, inventory control, and supplier relationship management.
- Implement best practices for order picking, packing, and shipping to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including layout design, space utilization, and safety compliance.
- Monitor market conditions to keep abreast of potential changes.
- Collaborate with category management teams to optimize product assortment and availability.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in logistics management, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with fleet management practices and regulations.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Other Information
- Position may require domestic or international travel.
- Flexibility in working hours to include nights, weekends and holidays as required.
- Overtime required as needed.
- Must be available to rotate to other shifts as needed.
