Position: HR & ESG Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities: Including but not limited to the following:

· Administer and maintain core HR operations and workforce management systems, including employee records, time and attendance monitoring, leave administration, and compliance with U.S. labor standards.

· Oversee and continuously improve the company’s ESG governance framework in alignment with automotive OEM supply chain requirements and evolving regulatory standards in the U.S. and Korea.

· Lead internal ESG data collection, validation, and reporting processes using ERP systems, ensuring documentation accuracy, audit readiness, and consistency with customer sustainability standards.

· Monitor compliance with environmental, safety, labor, and ethical regulations impacting automotive manufacturing operations, including MSDS management, LOTO oversight, PPE compliance, and preparation for ESG audits or third-party assessments.

· Serve as liaison between U.S. operations and Korea-based headquarters and/or OEM customers regarding ESG documentation, reporting requirements, compliance updates, and corrective action implementation.

· Administer and enhance the company’s Ethics & Human Rights reporting and grievance mechanism, ensuring structured documentation controls, confidential review coordination, corrective action tracking, and alignment with corporate governance standards.

· Design and standardize HR internal control frameworks governing employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, policy updates, and workforce documentation, within ERP and HRIS platforms (including ADP or similar workforce management systems) to ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity.

· Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and executive management to integrate HR, safety, and ESG compliance metrics into structured management reports supporting regulatory reporting, OEM transparency requirements, and continuous operational improvement.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration or a related field, and at least 6 months of relevant experience in HR operations, ESG compliance, safety management, or ERP-based administrative systems for automotive parts manufacturing.
