Job Title: ERP Sales Specialist
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze quality requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing ERP product sales management systems;
Seamlessly navigate ERP product sales management systems and provide training to others when needed;
Promote company products and provide accurate technical information during the sales negotiation in comparison to competitors;
Formulate and design long-term plans for sales of products according to the production capacity, technology level, and business objective;
Analyze and make recommendations for the improvement of ERP customer support systems;
Identify current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and current customers and others in a position to understand service requirements; and
Evaluate development, production, and quality systems in terms of sales and customer service and conduct system landscape appraisal for each production line of the company.
