Job Title: Engineer Assistant Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Auburn, AL
We’re looking for an Engineer Assistant Manager to help oversee the Engineering
department’s daily operations. The successful candidate will support the Engineer
Manager in ensuring all engineering tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
– Design and develop new products and systems
– Conduct research to determine the feasibility of new designs
– Analyze data and test results to ensure product quality and reliability
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
– Develop and maintain technical documentation
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Qualification Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and concepts
• Proficient in Auto CAD and Auto FORM software and other engineering tools
• Press Mold Experience and programming knowledge
• Product set up in a mold manufacturing capacity
• Mold Drawings experience
• Superior communication and interpersonal abilities (Korean/English)
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Preferred Qualifications:
– Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
– Experience with project management
– Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
