Job Title: Assistant Logistics Manager

Location: Auburn, AL
We’re looking for an Assistant Logistics Manager to help oversee the logistics department’s daily operations. The successful candidate will support the Logistics Manager in ensuring all logistics tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Logistics Manager in planning and coordinating logistics operations.
- Supervise logistics staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Coordinate logistics activities with other departments.
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Prepare and maintain logistics reports and performance metrics.
- Identify and implement improvements in logistics operations.
- Experience with International Shipping and Logistics
Qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or over 4 years of experience in logistics management
- Exceptional leadership and managerial capabilities
- Superior communication and interpersonal abilities (Korean/English)
- Strong knowledge and understanding of ERP systems-Able to operate and communicate in Korean and English
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving competence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
- Understanding of local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to logistics operations
