3rd Shift Machine Operator – Manufacturing
Pay: $17.00–$20.00 per hour
Schedule: 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Monday–Friday
Overtime and occasional Saturdays may be required

What You’ll Do
As a Machine Operator at V2 Composites, you’ll play a key role in keeping production running safely, efficiently, and with high quality.
· Operate and set up manufacturing equipment and machinery
· Monitor production processes and perform visual inspections and quality checks
· Read and follow work instructions and manufacturing specifications
· Make timely decisions that impact safety, quality, and efficiency
· Package finished products for shipping
· Perform basic operator maintenance and maintain clean, organized work areas
· Safely lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs) throughout the shift
· Obtain forklift certification (training provided)
· Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
· Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
· Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
· Ability to follow directions and work well with a team
· Basic math and mechanical skills
· Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks (lifting, bending, squatting, kneeling)
· Willing to work overtime, weekends, and varying hours when needed
· Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred
