Responsible for AR, AP, Payroll, and other tasks as assigned. We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper that is well versed in accounting principles. Knowledge of Great Plains software is plus. Must be honest, trustworthy, self-motivated to work individually. We are looking for dedicated individuals that desire to be trained to be part of our team. Essential duties and responsibilities: All other duties assigned; Print, match and enter AP invoices received daily; Reconcile monthly statements and rotate files yearly; Pay weekly and monthly invoices and file paperwork weekly; Enter AR invoices, issue credits, email vendors for collection, and prepare waivers; Check time, run payroll reports, generate payroll, and assemble pay envelopes; Enter deductions for Payroll, 401K, Insurance, and other deductions; Pay bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly payroll and sales and use tax; Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements and order office supplies; Deposit checks, make bank transfers and upload files to the bank weekly; Prepare weekly reports for officers.
