Materials and Logistics Specialist
Seeking an experienced Full-time Materials and Logistics Specialist.

Responsibilities
Manage retroactive unit price changes related to tariff increases and currency exchange fluctuations to
ensure financial accuracy.
Aggregate and process client sales data and invoices through ERP systems to support accurate billing
and performance reporting.
Negotiate unit pricing with client companies to secure favorable terms and maintain cost
competitiveness.
Develop and manage sales forecasts and reserves to support strategic planning and revenue
optimization.
Review, coordinate, and authorize shipping and delivery terms in supplier negotiations, including
compliance, freight services, scheduling, and costs using ERP.
Develop and manage inbound and outbound material flows, ensuring accurate inventory control and
proactive material planning via ERP.
Maintain a reliable system of records for inventory and ensure compliance with specifications, delivery
timelines, and warehouse stock levels.
Analyze materials and logistics requirements, workflows, and system inefficiencies to improve
operational performance.
Prepare detailed ERP-based reports on incoming shipments and inspection results to support warehouse
accuracy.
Monitor ERP systems for production schedule updates and adjust materials planning based on customer-
side delays or volume changes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering AND 2 years of relevant experience.
