Production Engineering Specialist
Evaluate the production engineering process to observe material reactions and advise production
workers on quality control, helping to manufacture products that meet industry standards;
Develop and maintain production project information in ERP for assessing manufacturing
process, controlling production resources, creating detailed comprehensive test plans, operating
costs, and coordinating with quality control testing to improve production system efficiencies;
Evaluate production equipment tooling performance and ensure preventive maintenance for
seamless operation;
Confer with production crews to discuss their operational needs of robotic engineering programs
and provide suitable technology-based solutions;
Manage complex production engineering process automated machines tools, PLC systems,
Keyence Vision System, and Fanuc Robotics Devices, as well as the ERP production
manufacturing management software systems;
Enhance productivity through overhauls, involving disassembly, part replacement, assembly, and
calibration;
Analyze and recommend improvement of automated robot engineering and drive systems;
Create production system models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to manage robotic software
applications programs for products, based on client’s requirements;
Design, code, test, and implement configuration changes to software applications of production
engineering to meet functional and technical requirements;
Formulate and deploy long-term strategic plans, analyze operational costs to maximize
profitability, research, and make suggestions for the best methods of providing production
engineering to acquire and enable efficient and cost-effective production processing methods;
Associate’s degree or higher in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical
Convergent, Engineering Technology, or closely related field of study; and
Minimum one (1) year of experience in automotive manufacturing industry or at least six (6)
months of exclusive training experience with Seohan Auto USA regarding production process
tooling treatment with Fanuc, Soft Milling, Hard Turning and Milling, and Heat Treatment, CNC Lathe and CNC Milling Machines.
